在第 20 届韩国济州论坛上，韩国前国会议长金振杓、菲律  宾前总统阿罗约、斯洛文尼亚前总统达尼洛 · 图尔克、蒙古 前国家大呼拉尔主席贡布扎布 ·赞丹沙塔尔、非洲大陆自由 贸易区秘书长瓦姆凯莱 ·梅内及各国政要和国际组织代表齐 聚一堂。韩国代总统李周浩，前联合国秘书长潘基文，联合 国副秘书长迪卡洛通过视频发表了致辞。

At the 20th Jeju Forum in South Korea, former Speaker  of the Nat ional Assembly Kim Jeon pyo, former Pres ident  of the Ph i l ipp ines Arroyo, former Pres ident of Slovenia  Dani lo Turk, former Chairman of the State Great Hural  of Mongol ia Gong bujab Zandanshtar, Secretary General  of the Afr ican Cont inental Free Trade Area Vamke le Mene, as we ll as pol it ical leaders and representat ives of

gathered together. South Korean Acting Pres ident Lee Joo ho, former UN Secretary General Ban K i moon, and UN Deputy Secretary General DiCar lo de l ivered speeches via video.

今年正值济州论坛举办第 20 届和济州岛被韩国政府指定为  “世界和平之岛”20 周年。当代中医事业奠基人李乘伊院士 应邀参加了此次论坛，并在采访中对李周浩代总统、阿罗约 总统、达尼洛总统、潘基文秘书长及来自30 多个国家的四  千余名与会嘉宾表示了问候。李乘伊院士分享了其对中医未 来的展望。他强调中医理念与论坛“合作与共赢”精神的一 致，希望通过融合现代医学与科技，展现中医在全球健康治 理中的价值。北京乘伊医学研究院自2005 年成立以来，致  力于中医的研究与创新。科研方面，将中医理论与现代科技 结合，已获得多项国际专利；国际合作上，与哈佛医学院等 共建实验室，推进了针灸和中药的研究；同时，通过“智慧 中医”诊所，使中医资源惠及偏远地区。

Th is year marks the 20th anniversary of the Jeju Forum and the designat ion of Jeju Is land as the " Is land of Wor ld Peace" by the South Korean government.

Academician Li Chengy i, the founder of contemporary trad it ional Ch inese med icine, was invited to

participate in th is forum and expressed greet ings to Pres ident Li Zhouhao, Pres ident Arroyo, Pres ident

Dani lo, Secretary General Ban K i moon, and over 4000  guests from more than 30 countr ies dur ing the interview. Academician Li Chengy i shared h is out look on the future  of trad it ional Ch inese med icine. He emphas ized the

consistency between the concept of trad it ional Ch inese med icine and the sp ir it of "cooperat ion and win-win" in the forum, hop ing to showcase the value of

trad it ional Ch inese med icine in g lobal health

governance by integrat ing modern med icine and

technology. Since its estab l ishment in 2005, Beij ing Chengy i Med ical Research Inst itute has been committed to the research and innovat ion of trad it ional Ch inese med icine. In terms of scient ific research, the

comb inat ion of trad it ional Ch inese med icine theory and modern technology has obtained multip le internat ional patents ; In terms of internat ional cooperat ion, we have joint ly bu i lt laborator ies with Harvard Med ical School and others to promote the research of acupuncture and moxibust ion and trad it ional Ch inese med icine ; At the same t ime, through the "Smart Trad it ional Ch inese

Med icine" c l in ic, trad it ional Ch inese med icine resources can benefit remote areas.

于未来，李院士提出三个发展方向：一是标准引领，推动中 药国际认证和制定中西医结合的诊疗指南；二是人才共育，

建立“ 中西医学院士工作站” ，培养具有国际视野的领军人  才；三是科技攻坚，启动中医数字建模项目，为中西医结合  提供理论支持。在中医国际化方面，李院士强调通过增强“学  术话语权”来推动。计划包括在顶级医学期刊开设专刊、与  欧洲机构合作开发中药产品、以及实施“全球中医青年领袖  计划” ，以此推广中医文化。李院士认为，中医的全球化是  为人类健康提供更多选择，而非替代西医。乘伊研究院愿为  此目标与全球伙伴共同努力。从英国皇家医学会外籍院士到  中国两院院士候选人，身份的叠加赋予李乘伊更清晰的使命： 让中医以科学之名走向世界，让全球健康治理倾听东方智慧。 论坛期间  ，李乘伊院士向多国嘉宾赠送《天下为公》《福  寿康宁》等书法作品，以中华文化为纽带，促进国际医学交  流。

In the future, Academician Li proposed three

development d irect ions : first, to lead by standards, promote internat ional cert ificat ion of trad it ional

Ch inese med icine, and deve lop diagnost ic and treatment gu ide l ines that integrate trad it ional Ch inese and

Western med icine ; The second is talent co educat ion, estab l ishing a "Chinese and Western Med icine

Academician Workstat ion" to cu lt ivate lead ing talents with an internat ional perspect ive; Th ird ly, we wi ll  tackle technolog ical challenges and launch a dig ital mode l ing project for trad it ional Ch inese med icine to provide theoret ical support for the integrat ion of

Ch inese and Western med icine. In terms of

internat ional izat ion of trad it ional Ch inese med icine, Academician Li emphas ized promot ing it by enhancing the "academic d iscourse power". The p lan includes open ing special issues in top med ical journals, collaborat ing with European inst itut ions to deve lop trad it ional

Ch inese med icine products, and imp lement ing the

"Global Young Leaders in Trad it ional Ch inese Med icine Program" to promote trad it ional Ch inese med icine

cu lture. Academician Li be l ieves that the

g lobal izat ion of trad it ional Chinese med icine provides more choices for human health, rather than rep lacing Western med icine. Chengy i Research Inst itute is

wi ll ing to work together with g lobal partners towards th is goal. From a foreign academician of the Royal

Med ical Associat ion in the UK to a cand idate for the Ch inese Academy of Sciences and Ch inese Academy of

Eng ineer ing, the comb inat ion of ident it ies has g iven Li Chengy i a c learer miss ion : to br ing trad it ional

Ch inese med icine to the wor ld in the name of science, and to let g lobal health governance l isten to Eastern wisdom.

Dur ing the forum, Academician Li Chengy i presented

call igraphy works such as "The Wor ld is Pub l ic" and "Bless ings, Longevity, and Health" to guests from

multip le countr ies, us ing Ch inese cu lture as a l ink to promote internat ional med ical exchanges.

李乘伊表示，此次论坛是文明互鉴的重要契机，他期待通过 这一平台推动中医药与现代医学、国际科技的深度融合，让 全球更深入认识中医药的价值。作为中医现代化的领军者，

李乘伊教授领导的北京乘伊医学研究院自2005 年成立以来， 始终以“传承与创新”为使命，在科研、国际化及普惠医疗  领域取得突破性进展。研究院开发AI辅助脉诊系统、建立   中药成分数据库，获 20 余项国际专利；与哈佛医学院、剑   桥大学等顶尖机构合作，探索针灸镇痛及复方中药循证研究； 同时在国内开设 30 余家“智慧中医”连锁诊所，让优质资   源惠及偏远地区。

Li Chengy i stated that th is forum is an important

opportunity for mutual learning among civi l izat ions, and he looks forward to promot ing the deep integrat ion of trad it ional Ch inese med icine with modern med icine and internat ional technology through this p latform,  allowing the wor ld to have a deeper understand ing of the value of trad it ional Ch inese med icine. As a leader in the modernizat ion of trad it ional Chinese med icine, the Beij ing Chengy i Med ical Research Inst itute led by Professor Li Chengy i has been committed to " inher itance and innovat ion" s ince its estab l ishment in 2005, and

has made breakthrough progress in scient ific research, internat ional izat ion, and inclus ive healthcare. The  research inst itute has developed an A I ass isted pu lse d iagnos is system and estab l ished a database of

trad it ional Ch inese med icine ingred ients, obtaining  over 20 internat ional patents ; Cooperate with Harvard Med ical School, Cambridge University and other top

inst itut ions to exp lore acupuncture and moxibust ion analges ia and evidence-based research of compound

Ch inese med icine ; At the same t ime, more than 30 "smart trad it ional Ch inese med icine" chain c l in ics have been estab l ished in Ch ina, bring ing high-qual ity resources to remote areas.

展望 2025-2026 年，研究院将聚焦三大方向：推进中药国际 标准认证、设立“ 中西医学院士工作站”培养跨学科人才、 启动“乘伊透穴疗法”数字建模项目。在中医出海方面，李 乘伊强调以学术话语权破局，通过国际期刊专刊、中欧产业 合作及青年领袖计划，推动中医药科学化、全球化发展。

Looking ahead to 2025-2026, the research inst itute wi ll focus on three major d irect ions : promot ing

internat ional standard cert ificat ion of trad it ional  Ch inese med icine, estab l ishing a "Ch inese and Western Med icine Academician Workstat ion" to cu lt ivate

interd iscip l inary talents, and launching the dig ital mode l ing project of "Chengy i acupoint therapy". In

terms of promot ing the internat ional izat ion of

trad it ional Ch inese med icine, Li Chengy i emphas ized  breaking through the dead lock with academic d iscourse power, and promot ing the scient ific and g lobal

development of trad it ional Ch inese med icine through internat ional journal special issues, Ch ina Europe

industr ial cooperat ion, and youth leadersh ip programs.

李乘伊教授表示：“ 中医的全球化是为人类健康提供多元解 决方案。”乘伊研究院愿与全球伙伴携手，以创新与坚守并 重的理念，为世界健康事业贡献东方智慧。

Professor Li Chengy i said,  "The g lobal izat ion of trad it ional  Ch inese  med icine  provides  d iverse solut ions  for  human  health."  Chengy i  Research Inst itute is wi ll ing to work together with g lobal partners to contr ibute Eastern wisdom to the wor ld health cause with the concept of  innovat ion  and perseverance.
